Fellow Railroaders, We, the members of the Northeastern Ohio Live Steamers, would like to take this opportunity to invite the members of your organization to our 49th Annual, Summer & Fall Meets at our club, located at 3654 Lester Road, Medina, Ohio, 44256. We have a 7.5” gauge, folded double oval style, mainline with passing sidings approx. 6100’ long, with a total of more than 11,000’ of track on the ground, not to mention a ¾” & 1” scale elevated line approx. 1100’ long. We have 2 unloading areas, one which is “ramp style” and another with a hydraulic lift / transfer table rated at 2500lbs capacity and 10 large steaming bays with air, water, & electrical service with more planned to come on line soon. We are located in a beautiful, “rails to trails conservancy” park, that is a part of the former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad mainline between Cleveland & Cincinnati, Ohio, and is located in York township, just outside Medina, Ohio. Our summer meet will be held on Friday, July 13th, Saturday, July 14th, & Sunday, July 15th, 2018 starting at 9AM. Our fall meet will be held on Friday, September 7th, Saturday, September 8th, & Sunday, September 9th, 2018 starting at 9AM. Vendors are welcome and we can make arrangements for an area for you to have a table(s) to sell items. A donation would be appreciated. There are a VERY limited number of, FULLY SELF CONTAINED ONLY, camping spaces available, on site on a reservation basis, with reservations being given on a first come, first served basis. Please keep in mind that fully self contained means, a portable generator for power (if you require it), and no dumping of any kind. We do have a limited ability to supply water.
